Our venture capital firm recommended Consult Your CFO to evaluate and recommend changes to our existing Finance department. With the departure of our CFO, we needed a qualified independent assessment of the Finance department personnel to determine whether it was feasible to restructure the Finance department in such a way to eliminate the CFO position and thereby reduce overhead costs.
